My advice: Know your company. Think about Tesla. They are high speed. Their model is software-based. When they build new models, what is involved in the sustainability of that model?
Next, think relative. You are not in a rush. Pay careful attention to the competition. If you can’t win the customer, you don’t have to worry about sustainability. It is a step you do not yet have to take.
Survival is the number one priority right now. Do not get fooled into near-term traps that will eat your cash and revenue. Know the environment you are in.
